What is the difference between a Petite Session versus a Signature Session?
A petite session is shorter (1 hour) versus a Signature session which generally lasts between 2-3 hours. These sessions concentrate on baby only – incorporating 1-2 props and some flokati/fabric backdrops. There are options to add on sibling and/or parent poses for additional cost. On a budget but still want to capture this incredibly fleeting moment in your baby’s life? This session is a great option for you! End up loving all your photos? You will always have the option (but no pressure!) to upgrade to include more images.

How can you guarantee that the baby will sleep in the short time frame?
As you have or will quickly learn, there are no guarantees with newborns (or kids for that matter). In order to capture the most variety of poses in a short time frame and guarantee a beautiful gallery to the client, Petite sessions concentrate on keeping the baby cozy by wrapping them. Newborn babies feel secure and comfortable when wrapped and the environment around them resembles the womb. I have spent many years training on the best soothing techniques, wrapping techniques, and newborn safety to be able to deliver these results.
