It was such a pleasure being this family’s Quaker Hill CT Newborn Photographer! He was such a dream! And he wasn’t the first baby I photographed for this family!
Giles has an older sister – sweet Lucinda that I photographed for her newborn session! We first met in January of 2015 when Megan was pregnant with miss Lucy. I loved meeting this sweet couple and capturing their maternity photography session.
Lucy was born in February and I was their newborn photographer! I was so thrilled to find out that they were pregnant once more and had a baby boy! Check out this sweet family’s maternity session.
Giles and his family drove from Quaker Hill CT to my Madison CT studio for their newborn session. We were a bit cautious about Lucy since she can act a little shy. But this girl? This girl was a dream! Check out what mom wrote in her review:
“We used Kat for maternity and newborn pics for our first baby and just recently had maternity pics for our second baby—this time with a stubborn 3 year old. I was so worried my daughter was going to decide she didn’t want to take pics and ruin the session. She didn’t stand a chance with Kat! My daughter warmed up to Kat quickly and ended up doing amazing thanks to Kat’s obvious expertise and experience of working with kids. Maternity portraits are usually booked when you are 12-20 weeks along and scheduled around 32-36 weeks of pregnancy. Newborn portraits are usually booked to hold your “delivery month” when you are 12-20 weeks pregnant and scheduled once the baby arrives. The “ideal” time for newborn baby photography is between 5-15 days of age, but please do not hesitate to reach out if you’ve missed that window.
