Taking photos of another extremely talented photographer is not what I would call a super easy-going task. But give me a 3 year old and I am immediately in my comfort zone. Colin was such an outgoing little dude – talking, explaining, and giving me all the possible information I would ever need about the tractor we passed.
Unfortunately since I know that mom absolutely adores backlit photos, the sun was not cooperating this evening. But a cloudy day is something I love almost as much as it gives me the push to be more creative without relying on the light.
Starting with mom and dad – that’s right, just mom and dad! I find it that after you’ve been married a while and have kids, you don’t tend to prioritize photos of just the two of you. I prioritize it in my sessions whenever I can.
