When you receive the dresses you ordered and your friend is pregnant at the same time, it’s like magic just waiting to happen. Aimee was 31 weeks pregnant during our photography session and she could not have looked any more radiant than she did. We spent some time going over poses and doing some photography posing in the studio before moving on the a nearby hiking trail. Let me tell ya, a 31 week pregnant woman who braved those chilly waters is seriously amazing. She barely blinked an eye when getting in and gave me the most gorgeous poses.
Next we moved on to a lace dress in a spot in Madison, CT where I saw some Forsythia bushes in full bloom. I kept driving past the street that was lined with those gorgeous yellow flowers and I just knew that I wanted maternity photography in that area. As usual, Aimee said “okey dokey” and posed right in front of passing drivers (don’t worry we were on the side where it was totalllllly safe). The resulting images? Well, I’ll let them speak for themselves.
