A chilly afternoon at the Guilford, CT Bishop’s Orchard with two sweet siblings. It took a little while for baby brother to warm up but big sister – well she was ready to go!
As a CT Child photographer I am used to being patient and pulling out many different tricks that suit the personality of the little ones.
There is little sweeter than watching siblings interact and pick apples. Give me a pre-schooler who loves to smile at the camera and even gives me little poses and I’m completely sold! Thank you, Sadie, for these beautiful smiles!
Mom asked specifically to capture the kids in their relationship and to capture that non-fake smiles that many pre-schoolers develop after learning “cheese.”
Little brother Colten was a bit tougher to catch in his “habitat” – 18 months is a tough age!
But even the tough cookies crack 🙂 especially when I make duck noises and mom brings out snacks!
And just as the kids were winding down, grandma and grandpa brought out Halloween gifts! And who can resist gifts from the grandparents?
